Embroidery is the process whereby a design or logo can be stitched onto a range of garments.

The embroidery machine is computer programmed, high speed, versatile and delivers a high quality finish thats hard wearing. Embroidery will often outlast the life of the garment itself.

Our exclusive 3D embroidery adds another dimension to garment decoration that cannot be achieved with traditional print methods.

We have specialised in fine combed cotton fabrics, which are designed specifically to print/embroid better than basic carded or uncombed cotton. We are all about providing the very best blank canvases on which you can print/embroid your ideas.

How can I place an order?

Please complete the registration form to help aid our approval process.

Within 24 hours,we will email you an order form that requires essential information for your project.

Once the order sheet is completed, simply email it back to us. We will then send you a quote.

 

What are the printing minimums?

For embroidery a MOQ of 20 is required.

Can I provide my own garments?

We only embroid on Studio 444 blanks. The quality of the fabric does affect the overall look of the embroidery. Studio 444 specialises in fine combed cotton fabrics, which are designed specifically to screen embroid better than basic carded or uncombed cotton.

Can I edit my artwork after submission?

We do not allow edits to the artwork once submitted.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow cancellation once the proof has been approved. Our process is automated. Once the payment is received and the mockups are approved we commence printing. We immediately begin working on your samples from setting up the artwork to preparing your blanks for printing.

Can you customise or edit my designs?

Yes, we offer a graphic design service. We will be able to work with you on determining what stage your artwork is at, and offer a full range of design services.

What if my artwork is not correctly formatted?

Our in house graphic design team are able to correctly re format your artwork and make it ready for embroidery.

Can I get a digital proof before printing?

Yes, we send digital proofs before printing. Please check the proof carefully. Review and confirm that your order and proof is correct (artwork, spelling, quantity, stock, size etc). ​

​What is the turnaround time?

We take our clients deadlines seriously. We offer immediate processing time. Once set up is finished, your order should be completed within our average production time of 10 business days.
